1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HUNARZ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Task Submissions

All task submissions must be original work. Plagiarism or AI-generated content without disclosure may result in account suspension.

4. Payments

Freelancers earn 95% of task budget (5% platform commission). Withdrawals subject to 2% fee. Companies pay task budget + 5% commission + $5 posting fee.

5. Prohibited Activities
  • Submitting fake or fraudulent work
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Manipulating Hunarz Scores
  • Harassing other users
6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

HUNARZ is not responsible for disputes between freelancers and companies. We facilitate but do not guarantee work quality.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
